Hi! I'm one of the 2 women on the engineering team of the tech scale-up I work at. I'm used to the masculine environment but I'm starting to notice more and more borderline sexist comments and "jokes" (the kind that are not directly targeted at anyone, but very salacious jokes).

I’m so tired of being spoken down to today. Every call today men have been speaking to me like I’m their daughter. It feels like I’m getting a pat on the head. I am good at what I do and have earned my place. I am supposed to be their peer. I wish they wouldn’t waste my time if they don’t value my opinion. I’m sure as hell not going to take their notes. It feels like this is becoming more frequent as I go higher in my career…or maybe it’s where I’m at now. Just needed to vent.

I gave my first round interview today for RPA in SAP and it was taken by someone who is at the director level( from outside India). Is it common that for first round someone on a higher level appears to take interview? He was quite impressed and he told me several times. In case I'm clearing this round will I have another technical rounds. Any leads please. TIA.

How do you deal with a manager who always blame you for actions that the manager instructed me to do in the past? E.g. manager reviews client decks with you and instructs to just note a strict budget to report. After a week, manager rereads the same deck and blames me for not supporting the budget that was added per the manager’s request.
