A close friend just passed away from covid. Shocked and sad.

I feel so bad. Almost 30..pcos/no ovulation/high testost/anovulatory/cysts. Lean but unhealthy. I’m talking low iron (14 I found out today),low all vitamins, prediabetic..phew! Taking metformin and progesterone to start my period again 🤓 It’s no wonder I’m not under the earth but self-care is so important. I’m pretty happy with my body except for my love handles/flanks. I can’t ever seem to get rid of them and they are making me extremely self conscious. Thinking about lipo. The only time I was able to get rid of them was when I starved myself. Anyone have experience with lipo or success with hard to rid of flanks?

I had my lows but managed to work with therapist, have been mostly good about taking medication (still searching for one that works for me), looking for different psychiatrist and therapist as well, started working out daily, and opened up to one person at work who has been very supportive - mostly listening without judgment and less of providing solutions/recommendations. Been eating better and sleeping slightly better also.
Then last evening, couldn't do anything although I had work to do- ctd

Can anyone tell me the glaring flaw in my strategy if there is one? In the next 2-3 months, I anticipate the election & Covid not slowing down and perhaps becoming more rampant. I think this will cause some correction in the market that will place it below what it is today. My plan is to slowly start liquidating, on green days , sell more, red days, buy less. I've been feeling kind of out of it and not all there, my Dr said it's fine to just start back up when i get back in the US and refill (so today) but wondering/hoping this feeling is related and will go away quickly?

Idk what to do anymore. A few years back I struggled with gambling addiction and put myself in so much debt and never told anyone. Fast forward I have a gf who thinks I’m successfully but I am drowning in debt still that I truly don’t know how I’ll get out of. Can’t keep up with bills and put this front up much longer.
