A client I am being put on a project for will require a drug test. I sometimes use marijuana (which is legal in my state), a little worried that I might fail a potential drug test, which have been temporarily suspended by the client but will return when their offices are re-opened. As part of onboarding you have to sign a document saying you will voluntarily comply with this random drug test with 1 day notice. Do I tell the partner I don’t want to sign the doc or give up weed for a project.

(2) Series A startup that found me through Linkedin and I will be their first hire for my specific department but this will also be their first time sponsoring an H1B.
The staffing agency is a safe bet because of the immigration issues. On the other hand, the startup opportunity will be an amazing step for my career. Is it risky to file for H1B with Series A startup?
