A company I’m interviewing with mentioned “375-475 RSUs” as part of the comp package- what does that mean? The number of restricted units? Is there a way to calculate the monetary value of those?

Let's say, one has got hike letter during X month for promotion and that person has resigned at the end of X month to pursue better opportunities. The hike letter says the revised CTC is effective X+1 month without any explicit date mentioned.

In this case, which CTC is applicable during the notice or for calculation of FnF? Old or new?

Hello. I recently accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager at a busy Cancer Center in Brooklyn. I have leadership roles such as charge nurse over the 8 years I’ve been an RN so Ive never had an official management role. I have my BSN and OCN. The AVP agreed to match my current salary which is 6 figures because I refused to accept the salary he was offering for $5K less. She was promised Director level and when offer came through it was manager, so she declined and was pretty salty about it. Is it awkward if I apply for the role? Recently accepted a great offer from one of those startup-within-a-large-company outfits. The startup farms out the hiring stuff to the larger company. In the new hire paperwork, I noticed it said the comp was based on my being in a Tier 1 CoL city. Prior to accepting I'd mentioned to the startup I was looking to move, and they said it shouldn't be an issue. Will they adjust my comp down if I move to a Tier 2 city?
