My 16 y/o has elevated proBNP (390), which I know isn’t diagnostic, but vet has given me the option of getting an echo or waiting and repeating the BNP in a couple months. He doesn’t seem to have symptoms of heart issues, though he’s been diagnosed with asthma and has had coughing fits. Other conditions that can elevate BNP don’t seem to be at play here. Hello everyone, I had an interview yesterday and they asked me what’s my salary range I said 85K and they didn’t bat an eye said that’s reasonable. I was wondering if I can ask for 90K when I’m offered the role? I figured an additional 5K wouldn’t be an issue, this is for an entry level project manager role. The range I looked up on Glassdoor says 98K, and average for the area 89K. Do you think I should go for the 90? Or just stay with the 85K?

Recently ( as of May 22nd, 2022) I was told my promotion was put in as a “request”.

After a brief discussion with the HR Director; I was told that said promotion could easily be put off until October…

There’s a seriously lack of role clarity; I’m consistently being tasked to do things that outside of my immediate skill set/job description.

Just joined in a small company within IBM. Recruiter really pushed back on me when I asked for greater compensation and then I learn the recent grad that joined got $7k more than me (105 vs 98)! Been with my current employer for 10 years. Secure position, secure company. Want to move out of state, so starting over at a new company and that brings uncertainty.
