H fishes Currently working as Analyst with Deloitte-I in visualization competency with fixed pay 6.7 LPA and expected to get a promotion next year. I received a offer from Bain capability network to join their visualization team with fixed pay of8 LPA as an Analyst only. For that I will also have to pay back my joining bonus of 1.5 LPA to DI and I wont be able to avail my performance bonus of FY 20-21 i.e. 50k i.e. leaving DI will cost me 2LPA and a promotion next year . Shall I join BCN?

For Delta status challenge, do MQDs and MQMs need to be earned after the challenge starts, or do MQD/Ms I’ve earned before the challenge count?

Hi, I have more than 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing and engineering. I do not want to continue in tech. Want to switch to management. So planning to do a PMP course. Really confused about the consequences after the course, whether I'll be able to successfully get a management role or not. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions for me? Any guidance is appreciated.

Is it good to leave the DL firm to Home depot company for 125-135k base Right now i am getting 108K and there is a chance of promotion next year. Got 7 YOE

Advice needed-I’m 30 weeks pregnant and constantly getting dumped on at work (in industry now). I’m high risk (gestational diabetes & hypertension) and have been clear with my all male management team that I’m high risk. Still, they are steady trying to pull me into new projects while I’m actively leading one of the most high profile projects in the org. From a career standpoint, I appreciate it, but I cannot physically keep up the way I used to and feel like I’m risking my and my baby’s health.

Someone messaged me about the interview process for the M&A group at Deloitte and I accidentally ignored it… overall it’s your standard interview process. Few behavioral and a case. Case difficulty depends on interviewer but is usually (based o my understanding) a rather straight forward M&A case with a bit of a strategy twist.

If you’re vaccinated, why do you care if you come in contact with those who aren’t? (Coming from a person who is vaccinated who doesn’t care about others personal health choices)

Standing desk... yes or no? What about threadmill desks?

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
