A follow-up to a post I made yesterday: it's looking more and more like I'll be up for a promotion (From a TA) to either a Delivery style PM or a "Junior/Associate" PM. A little background. I have an MS, however, it is in neither business nor tech. So my only tech experience is the 2.5 yes I have in my current position. However, I feel because it will be an internal promotion, my knowledge of our current system is something an outside hire could not bring. What sort of pay should I push for?

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have had a low grade fever (99-101) for the past 6 days with no other symptoms other than occasional chills. I have been on an antibiotic for 5 days assuming it was an asymptotic UTI but there has been no change. My GP and OB don’t know what is causing it.
