A friend has an offer to be a contract recruiter for 6 months. However, he’s only going to be allowed no more than 40 hours per week. This is his 1st contract job. Is this normal? What if he’s unable to fill the duties within this time? Sounds like a set up for failure since he says he’ll easily have 35-40 requisitions at a time. Thoughts?
