I got selected in WIPRO and today I got to know they are offering me SAP Successfactor Learning-Lead position.

I am a SAP ABAP on HANA consultant and my interview was also based on my area of expertise only not on Success factor.

Question: I am on an AE Hiring process. the HR said the salary range is 60k to 70k plus commissions and bonus. I told them, I am looking for 80k, considering my current salary and experience. So far I already had 3 interviews, things are doing well, only one more. Do you think usually companies can go high than the salary range, even though they told me the salary was less than I am expecting?

Applied for a tax role and was turned down in favor of an internal candidate, but told to reach out if I found something I was interested in. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. Female corporate banker here, approaching year 3 as an analyst. Very top heavy team, but bank won’t promote juniors. Pay raises and larger bonuses keep coming, although I do think it is time to leave the firm. Loving the aspect of relationship management in Corporate Banking, but also thinking about heading into Investment Management. Any advice (either long term in Corp. Banking or on making the switch)?
