I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation! Now we are losing employees (4 have put in notices in the last 3 weeks and pretty much everyone is looking). Any suggestions on getting someone to reassess our wage?
