I realized recently that most if not all of the women I work with don't have kids or have expressed that they don't plan to, and I'm wondering if that's intentional.

Hi, everyone. How realistic it is to start a career at McKinsey as an Associate when I just had a baby and my husband also has a demanding job?
Positive: My mom lives with us and takes care of the baby a lot + nanny/cleanin, and I am hoping to not travel because my industry is in the city.

How do you make your husband understand that you are working and you are not just messing around home! Seriously since we started WFH I have faced lots of distractions from him and I got tired of repeating myself that I’m working & I need to focus. We do not have any kid but in that sense I think I could have make a kid understand to not keep nudging me when I’m working😓
