To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

Does TCS match counter offer ? I got 13 LPA from TCS , got another offer today 16 LPA . Due to certain reasons want to join TCS . Is there any possibility that they can match the offer or atleast increase to some extent ? In TCS salary breakup I found there are 2 component of variable pay one is monthly and 2nd is quarterly both having same digit in breakup. I don’t understand whether I will be getting monthly variable as fixed and QVA as per the quarterly performance of myself team and company.

Out of topic. Regarding insurance claim

I missed adding parents in health insurance for this financial year. my father cancer surgery happened and I spend 15 lakh from savings and debt. Their is further spends in next financial year April and May for chemotherapy & radiation.

If I add parent in health insurance in April ( next financial cycle) . Will I get claim ?? Since it is existing disease. Please help me out if anyone knows

Hello all. Need your help on this.
My joining in Accenture is on 19th December and I got selected in TCS also. But TCS HR is saying that offer rollout is now frozen till 31st December and it will open on 2nd January,2023 and then he will immediately send the offer letter. He has given guarantee for that. Should I wait for TCS? Looking at the coming recession situation I am confused where to join. CTC almost same for both. Track is Identity and Access Management and experience is 4.5 years.
