A good strategy I have is to see what type of client I am talking to and make dinner in the house for that person. I mean, if it is a couple I prepare a romantic dinner for two, and I tell them to come well-dressed and let them enjoy the dinner in the house. If it is a family, I prepare a family dinner and prepare the family table for all the people who would live in the house. Making them feel at home before buying the house does not fail, what do you think? What other strategies do you use?

It seems to me that your strategy is very elaborate and I think it all depends on how good you make the food, what kind of dinners do you make?

It is a strategy that moves nostalgia a lot and is something fundamental for people when buying a home, it seems to me a sensational idea, I usually ask my clients if they support any sports team and I usually leave pictures in the children's rooms doing allusion to the sport they like and the team they support.

I like to prepare coffee before people arrive home, and leave the house impregnated with the aroma of the coffee, the smell is the best remover of memories and I think we all have one of the two parents who made coffee and when we got up in the morning On a Sunday the first thing we smelled was coffee, in this way I transported the client to that moment of his childhood when he lived with his parents.

A very good strategy that I have is to fill the house with picture frames, I tell him that they come with the house, and many times couples with families feel that they can place their photos in those picture frames and they already feel a theme of belonging to the home.

It seems like a great strategy to me, you will learn from it, I am also very good at cooking, a strategy that I usually use is to tell about the history of the family that lived there before, I always say that it was a family that came from below and that is how I build a beautiful history.

Making your clients feel at home is key to getting them to buy a house. As a realtor, I also like to take them on a tour of the neighborhood and show them the schools, grocery stores, and other amenities that are close by.

I make sure to listen to their needs and wants so that I can find the perfect house for them. So many realtors are so caught up in their own fantasy that they disregard the client's wants.

Some things you can do to keep your clients happy: Providing your clients with a list of references, being available to answer any questions they may have, and keeping them updated on the status of their purchase.

There are a few different strategies that realtors can use in order to be successful. One strategy is to build relationships with clients and maintain good communication with them. Realtors can also provide valuable information to their clients, such as market trends and recommendations for home improvements. Additionally, realtors can help clients navigate the purchasing or selling process, and ensure that all the paperwork is handled correctly.

There are many strategies that realtors can use in their work. Some common strategies include networking, advertising, and negotiating. Realtors often have to be very good at networking in order to find new clients. They also need to be effective advertisers, since most people find out about properties through ads. Finally, realtors need to be good negotiators in order to get the best deals for their clients.

Hi All,

I submitted my resume in Accenture portal 3 months back and now I got shortlisted for interview.

My yoe is 3.6, but the interview is scheduled role "Application lead project". Is this normal?

Are there any chances they might reject me as the interview is for lead role while my YOE fall in senior analyst / analyst role.

Thanks,
