What maximum ctc can Publicis sapient provide for a 4.1 yrs experience candidate? I know It can be based on current ctc and any counter offer. But at one point of time, they cannot go beyond a particular point. So what can be their maximum budget if some has higher counter offer.

Bought crypto in early 2018 and sold some this year for a loss. Didn’t keep super good track of my purchases but I have some rough figures in an excel file I was keeping at the time where I was able to roughly figure it out. I live in NJ but based out of an NYC office. However, since I worked from home in 2020, do I need to do anything different this year when filing my taxes? The issue is that I forgot to indicate I was working in NJ during the year when filling out my time. I’m assuming this information gets sent to the irs for tax purposes so it will appear that I live in NJ but worked in NYC for the year when in fact I was both living and working in NJ. Any advice?
