I am interviewing for a new IT Manager position. I started putting out soft feelers and then hit the hunt harder. The problem: I have one offer and need to give an answer by next Wednesday. I have two other opportunities that are in final steps but probably won’t have offers by next Wednesday. Both of the other offers will be higher pay but clearly are uncertain for offers. I accepted a base salary of $60k as a first year associate and to expect an end of year bonus based on the settlement of my partner’s cases that I work on substantially. Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. With the workload I currently have I’m not sure what to approach my boss with as a fair salary for the task i complete daily.

I have an offer from a company where my salary is 30% higher than my current place, and the benefits are great. I'm pretty happy with the overall package , only negative is my 4 weeks vacation will turn into 3. They've already said no to matching my 4 weeks.
