A little bit general question. Assuming You want to apply to a top MBA program in a year. What would be smarter - receive a double promotion (BIG4) at a senior level or transfer to strategy part of BIG4 - like Strategy& or so. Thoughts?

Should I just quit the legal field?

I have been a paralegal or legal assistant since 2010. I have worked for small and large firms and a TPA. I've worked in L&E, PI, and ID. Billing hours gave me nightmares. Right now I'm in a hybrid paralegal/LA position where I'm responsible for all of the docketing and supporting the managing partner and 1 associate and their 90+ ID caseload. I make a lot of mistakes everywhere I work. I feel so incompetent. Should I just abandon this career path?

However, for ds algo rounds, should I focus on solving it using JS? I used Java during my college years for ds algo, so I'm familiar with it. About a week ago one of my employees (project lead) told me they feel overwhelmed by work and cannot deliver on the level they’ve been hired for.
