Anyone willing to share how much they are making as an Mri technologist in Chicago? I know downtown pays better then suburbs. I work in one of the big university hospitals and make 40 per hour. I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. Not sure what to think of their weird pay scale. 🙂

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

Response:
84800/yr with 10k sign-on

My go/no go mental number:
88500/yr with 7.5k signon

Based on my conversation with HR, I've maxed out the base pay number. Does it sound reasonable to come back with 84800/yr with 12.5k sign-on since they weren't close to the base pay number I was looking for?

Got an offer from Accenture as 19.5 Fixed and 24.5 CTC overall at JL 9 for 6 years of relevant experience (Pre sales) is it in normal range for Accenture or should I negotiate for more?

So I've been working at my company for 8 months now as a business analyst. Is my comp fair for a I/O Psych Master’s degree? I came in with about 1.5 YoE and started as a HC Consultant at 85k with 3k bonus. My new comp after 6 mos is 91.6k (w/AIP it will be around 96k at the end of the year). After talking with a few new consultants who worked here as interns (2-3 years) and don’t have grad degrees they are making around $96k BEFORE the adjustment.
