Does anyone have sound advice for dealing with nitpicking feedback from a skip-level manager? I'm all for constructive feedback but something tells me that this individual might be out for me. I’m pretty tech savvy, but text screenshots and pdf’s of emails with separate pdf attachments just feels inefficient. There has to be a cost effective option out there.
