My coworker is struggling to complete his tasks/meet his goals, and the owner is coming to me about angry clients. I hate my project manager. They constantly get credit for my work, don’t pay attention in meetings and leave early.
Today they literally asked me what the roadblock was 30 min after we got off a call that they were on their phone the whole time during. Then they were asking when everyone’s flights were because they wanted to leave early but didn’t want to be the first to leave since they’re staying the weekend and they then just up and left at 2pm. It’s ridiculous.
