I have 2 yoe in .net have 4.8 ctc.
Recently gave interview for TCS, after some days one of the recruiters from tcs called me and said that since i had done only BSC-IT they will deduct 6 mnth of expirence out of the total experience so finally i will left with 1.5 yoe, so for that they were offering 5.5 lpa since.

Is ther any rule one who has odne BSC they will not consider 6 mnth experince, thats the reason they have given to me.

Would jumping to in-house for a ~40% raise, worth it? It’s a software company that seems a bit dated and boring tbh so I’m worried I’d burn myself out but the pay is attractive. Would it be a bad move to leverage the offer to try to get my current agency to even meet me halfway? We’re doing okay financially now and I’ve been there for a year. Im a junior and I get a lot of random please run redlines, please send documents from the system at 8pm, 10pm, etc, and they expect me to respond right away (which is fine because I'm home and its an easy task). I usually stay on to check emails until 10pm-12am. BUT when we go back to office, how will we handle those random tasks that require immediate attention? What if im in the middle of my commute? Do we just not go home until late? Will the expectation to be on 24 7 relax a bit?

I have an offer from Genpact for Manager 4c band for 18L Fixed + 180k variable: 19.80 Lpa
And another offer from PwC India for senior analyst tech consulting 16.7 L fixed + 167k variable + 1 L joining bonus : 19.37 LPA +including joining bonus). Which one should I go for considering Work quality, WLB and annual appraisals ?
