That’s usually how corporate recruiters work, they set up the call to see if you are a fit and then they tell you what the company is.
This is normal. They don’t want you pursuing the opportunity on your own or telling another potential candidate about it, in which case they won’t get paid. It could also be a sensitive search, i.e., they’re firing someone and don’t want word to get out before they find a replacement.
You’ll find out soon enough.
(Cont) She asked to set up a call, and I asked for the name of the company the opportunity is with as I already have an established relationship with an agency in town. She said “don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone.” Feels weird. Should I let this one go? Not sure why she won’t just tell me more info before we get on a call.
