A recruiter contacted me about a solution architect position. I looked at their requirements and I may not be qualified for the role since I only have 1.5 years technical experience. However , it’s an exciting role, salary is almost double my current one, and it’s fully remote. It’s less likely I would get the role but any thoughts how I should respond to the email?

How did all the tech/media companies decide on a “creative strategist” title where the job is clearly creative, not strategy?

“Strategist” = noun, person, role
“Creative” = adjective, modifier (in this case)
“Creative strategist” is a strategist, even if a lame sort of strategist, but not a creative.

Did they realize how dumb “strategic creative” sounds, so they subverted grammar to make it sound better?

It’s mostly creatives supporting media sales.

Hi Cyber 🐠, I’m interviewing this week for a Forensics Investigations industry role. First time I’ve interviews for industry. I’ve already interviewed with the Hiring Managers, but now am expected to have 2 separate panel interviews - one with 3 members of Legal, and then 3 Threat Intel. They should be behavioral, but any tips for preparing for interviews involving people not on your direct team? I found this a bit odd.
