Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Q: for FAANG recruiters, do candidates get a reject stamp after failing even at the later stages?
I advanced to the last stage at Facebook (Meta) around a year ago but failed on my last interview, a combination of not being familiar with the process and not having chemistry with the interviewer.
A friend who is a hiring manager recently recommended me and this time without even a HR call I received a straight up thanks but no thanks email.
Does this mean I’ve been permanently black listed?
Any CPAs work for BCG??
At Amazon, what is the difference between a Program Manager and Technical Program Manager? It looks like the Technical one gets paid about 25% more but not sure what roles/responsibilities they do differently. Amazon
Also how technical a background does someone need for a Technical Program Manager role?
Of course he did

Pay - Aim for at least 25-50% higher than the full time pay you’ll take. You’ll be responsible for your own insurance and won’t get PTO, 401k match, etc
Generally speaking, when I am offered a contract role, I would require 33% or more compensation due to not being paid for time off and losing out of benefits, bonus, etc. I figure 15% is for the bonus, ~15% for time off and unpaid holidays.
Excellent advice, not much to add except that I'd be wary of taking a contract role at the moment. They will be the first to go if there are layoffs.
I wouldn't suggest taking contract job by leaving full time job. Unless your current env is toxic and you want to get out asap. If you really want to, then aim for 30-40% higher than FT pay as others are saying.
Genentech is a great company to work for. A large portion of the workforce are contractors and they treat you the same as the FTE.
