A recruiter from Deloitte reached out to me about a role within the OT&T group. Any insight into this group?

Still having consulting companies reach out for interviews...are firms still hiring? I thought everything was frozen.

Converted my summer at a low/mid BB in the ECM team, however now been offered an analyst role at a MM PE firm (~$1bn AUM).
Although my team at the BB is far from prestigious I’m just looking to hear some other opinions before I accept the PE offer, one thing catching me off guard is that most of the IP come from non-MBB consulting backgrounds so I’m wondering if this is really a good exit.
I’d be taking about a 10% pay cut compared to IB but progression to roles with carry is open.

Hi Folks. I am currently working as Front end developer (currently in AngularJs) with 3.5 YoE (7.95lpa).
I want to switch for better exposure and growth.
What will be the expectations from the interviewer's perspective (topics/technologies) for the FE role?
What is the current market standard salary for this level of experience?
Should I prepare for an SDE role (with DSA) or an FE specific role?
Could you please share your experience?

Interview experience:
Interview 1: I had a really nice interview, almost all questions answered well. It was lengthy (70min) interviews and interviewer was very well involved in the discussion. Lot of +be vibes.
Interview 2: very short interview (19min). Some questions were not answered. Some terms were unknown. I thought it didn’t go well.

Interview 1: didn’t shortlist.
Interview 2: got shortlisted for next round.

It was same requirement opening, same tech stack.

Back again with another unpopular opinion but it needs to be said. I'm a woman and I understand the importance of Women's History Month but we need a Men's Appreciation Month too. Contrary to popular belief it's not easy to be a man and we need to be more understanding of their experience and to celebrate positive role models throughout history.
