Any resume tips to include for strategy roles? Revamped my resume to include some buzzwords, but think it can still use some work. Ive looked up examples online, but am afraid it will blend in too much with all other resumes at that point.

Maybe this is the wrong platform for this, but to me the whole virtual interview process is so fake to me. Granted virtual can never REALLY take the place of in person interviews. The interviewer will say “yeah you did great” I think you’ll be a great fit here “……then ghosts you for a long time. All the fake questions. All the “requirements” that won’t equal a good employee. I just wish ppl would be real.

Can any ex Bainies/MBB please shed some light on the difference between leaving consulting to join S&O (or similar role) as an SAC (3 years out of undergrad) vs as a C2 (2 years post MBA + 3 years pre-MBA). What are the differences in role, responsibility, pay (level), and career trajectory. I’ve heard that leaving Bain at a more senior role might help you come in at a senior level at Google faster than if I left earlier and climbed the ladder from the bottom.
