Does anyone at Rutgers know where I can find a flexible part-time job for students on campus? I only found two campus positions on handshake and haven’t heard back from either yet. I feel like there has to be a lot more out there than what I’ve seen on handshake
Something similar to the digital classroom support specialist or tech help desk would be great. I consider myself tech savvy

It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

I used a guy to get my current industry job who said something similar.
He was really good but legitimately didn’t want to babysit and listen to candidates waffle and complain. Basically wasn’t going to hand hold through the decision making process.
I liked it. Definitely wouldn’t have wanted someone being all pushy. Which really is most external headhunter/recruiter types - grind through as many postings as quickly as possible.
