Have you ever heard about “Green Line Offer” process which is supposed to be a quicker version of the standard Hiring Committee to reach the offer stage? My recruiter told me about this yesterday and said it will take 2-3 days as the review is done “offline” so no need to wait HC to meet. This was completely new to me. No background info asked so far so I’m wondering how they will do the background check.

I’ve also noticed people with these titles on LinkedIn with anywhere from 1-7 years of agency experience, so that didn’t help either 🤷‍♂️

Is it okay to talk to multiple recruiters at the same time about different roles? I assume it’s best to be upfront about it? When do they ask you to narrow down to one role if both teams are interested? Role A is more interesting to me but I know I don’t have all the skills required. Role B is not as interesting, but probably better aligned to my skill set.
