I had to tell a partner I couldn’t help him with a training after initially agreeing because I was worn thin between two different deals. I've been working remotely for the past two years, and it's been great. I love working from home and being able to watch my kids grow up through their eyes as they play around me. But sometimes, when you're in this kind of situation, it's hard to know what to talk about with your coworkers.

I am having 4.6 + years of experience as a Manual test engineer and already frustrated with it.
In these years, I haven't learn any technical skills.
