A short-lived client who frequently broke boundaries ended up terminating our branding project last year. Now, a year later, they are telling me to remove my branding work on my portfolio website. It is unused by them and they never purchased the license or anything. They are claiming it is a conflict of brand. There are no links to their business on my portfolio. I thought portfolio pieces, especially unused concepts, were ok to showcase. It is described as a proposal and concept on my website.

Staffing a part time side project that counts towards utilization at my firm. Unfortunately due to small budget cuts had to tell some of the part time staff who were contributing a few hours a week to the project that we would need them to step back from the project. Sent them an email immediately and thanked them for their time, and told them would love to work together again in the future. Is this fine or do I need to also meet with them to reassure them in a case like this?

My goal is to eventually live off of several properties that I rent out. Not sure how many I would need but started by buying a condo last year when I had 20% down payment.
