I was assigned women advisors at my company but I feel like they are less empathetic and harsher than any man ever has been towards me. It almost feels like they have internalized misogyny. For example, if I bring up a concern I have regarding my career path, instead of offering any constructive advice or even just listening, they’ll tear me down and tell me to just deal with it because “that’s consulting.” Has anyone else experienced this?
