Turn on your a CD or Alexa playlist of kids songs. Sing and dance looking at each other instead of looking at a screen.
Make exercise a game like who can do the most jumping jacks or bunny hop around the living room first.
Do family yoga - see YouTube for videos.
I second this - my nephews are too young to maneuver game controllers so we just put on karaoke or dance videos for them during family get togethers
It’s not 2006 anymore bruh, but I’d get a Nintendo Switch. It has some good motion control games but needs controllers... which may be too big for your children’s hands. For less, look for a second hand launch edition Xbox One that comes with a Kinect.

We have a switch at home too, and my older kids are into it (7 & 10), but the younger ones really only play tablet games.
Second just putting on music and having a dance party

Games like just dance are pretty fun. Toddler age is probably a little too young. I’d say 4+ you can really get them to follow along.
Xbox One used to have Kinect, but it’s a dead accessory these days and doesn’t come with the new consoles

Yea I’m one if the suckers that forked out the $499 for the Xbox one when it launched. I naively though I would have time to play video games with 2 kids 😅.
I will say “Just dance” was a big hit with the kids when we used to have NYE parties.
