So I just had my 4th and final interview with Accenture with someone very high up, other 3 skills interviews all loved me and went great, and this guy couldn’t have been a bigger a$$hole to me during our call if he tried. Seriously.

Like hung up the call at the end and didn’t say bye lol. I’ve already been vetted by SM’s, I have 10YOE, and this guy acts like this why exactly? Just kinda stunned atm, do I even want to work there now even if he gives the okay… anyone else experienced this before?

What’s the point of HBS’s post interview reflection? From everything I’ve gathered it seems like it won’t save you and it won’t tank you (assuming you don’t write obscene/rude things). So, why bother?

Welp I’m nearing my first month into this AAE position, and now I’m realizing why I should’ve really seen being hired 30 min after the last interview as a huge 🚩🚩. Do you think there’s a glass ceiling for out gay employees? I’ve been with my (now) husband for the last two decades and had three positions. I’ve absolutely excelled in each, winning awards, exceeding goals, working well. But with each position, I’ve had difficulty getting promoted. I even took on the responsibilities of a senior director after his firing and I couldn’t get promoted. My handpicked successor — who I think is an excellent marketer — became a director almost immediately.
