I am an outpatient PT with 10 years of experience. I can have a very challenging caseload (I.e. difficult personalities, chronic pain, obscure diagnoses). To say it frankly, I am completely burned out. Our department is focused on revenue, rather than quality. I have tried to apply for non-clinical positions but these are hard to find jobs for.
