Interviewing for an internet startup (Raised Series C in 2019. 150-200 employees. Europe based. Sorry can’t disclose name for anonymity) for a ‘head of growth’ role reporting to a senior director. What can/ should I expect in terms of comp. 8-9 yoe in total. I understand the details are limited; therefore any high level pointers also welcome. Thank you.
I am a high performer (gold standards and Almost always my whole career), but really want to shift into a Product Manager role internal to EY. I have true passion and love for building new (tech) products from scratch. Any advice? Any thoughts?
Is it worth it to get a professional certification like SHRM/PHR? Not many of my colleagues have one and it’s not a requirement for my role, but I’m curious if it’s worth it in the long run

Is anybody (BB,EB) still hiring FT analysts out of undergrad for 2022. For context, I’m currently a 6 month intern at a reputable MM shop in a tech group with strong deal flow. I’m currently on two live deals and have done 3 pitches so decent experience. I also have 6 months experience working in equity research at a BB firm. The group i’m in is a sweatshop with regular 4 am nights and am looking for a way out before I get trapped.
Should I reach back to the recruiter on decision after I started new job? Would that be a red flag or they see i really like their company? I would join that company if everything's equal but had to start on current role since the other company was dragging feet a but on getting resources for the role. They might still be waiting for approvals for the role...should I just wait for them or keep talking? Last time HR did say to check back later.
BigLaw litigator in a niche practice, interviewing for an in-house position in a tech/industrial startup. I’ve interviewed with the legal team, who understood my narrow background due to the specialized nature of BigLaw and my current practice. But my further interviews are with business and technical executives, who I fear will reject me because I don’t have any prior in-house experience or relevant industry experience. What kind of questions should I prepare for? How do I impress?
Anyone know what base looks like for Amazon operations role? 8yoe, masters, secret clearance, but would be remote
What are jobs and companies that require similar skills like consulting, digital marketing, etc. but have excellent WLB and are more slower paced...? I can’t imagine working my life away for client demands in a fast paced environment for the long term. Also the longer I progress in my role, the more I have to focus on sales and I hate sales so much 😢

Can anyone share how long they had to wait before hearing back from a recruiter from KPMG after applying to a exp hire position/getting referred? Been about a week and haven’t heard back so wondering if this just means they didn’t see a fit or if it takes a bit longer
Hoping to get some input on exit paths from tax. I’ve been at a small local firm for 2.5 years, got my CPA license this year, expecting promotion to senior after evaluations in December. Overall I’m pretty happy where I’m at now, the company has a good culture and no one works crazy hours. But I don’t plan to stay in public accounting for my entire career and have heard that the year after senior promotion is a good time to make a change. I’m concerned that
Why is maternity leave, policy and other women's issues not important as compared to Juneteenth, coed bathrooms, and all the other issues in the media today? Women are half the population and at an average of 2.1 kids per woman, these are major issues. Are we not vocal enough? Organized enough? Not a serious voting demographic? Too grateful things are better in this generation? What is it? Why does 50% of the population matter less compared to these smaller marginal groups?

Hi fam! Me and my partner (females) just got an oral consent from my partners best friend (gay male) to be a sperm donor. Anyone has experience with this? Hey moms, How do contractions really feel? FTM and I’m starting to feel a little pain in the lower part of my belly. Given I usually have a high tolerance for pain(after a ton of sports injuries) not sure what is true labor/contraction pain. Trying to avoid a car baby or a lobby baby😅 P.S: I don’t have a lot of pain during my period (which is what my mum keeps saying it’ll feel like). So unfortunately that reference hasn’t helped! Any advice helps!!
