HR is not reponding, I either have to accept or reject the offer without any dicussion now? I switched jobs recently to a one that has reduced responsibilities but nearly 50% more pay than my old job. However, my new boss doesn’t really allow me to flex my capabilities and asks for the bare minimum from me. In meetings, she doesn’t pause to allow me to speak/ask questions (if there is a third party vendor, for example). I find this all to be very stifling and feel she wants me to just sit and shut up. Has anyone been in this situation? I want to leave but maybe I’m being rash.
