About to fully fund my Roth IRA for the year which will free up some extra cash each month. Any recommendations on where to invest just a few hundred extra a month (not retirement acct related)?

If you want to do mutual funds/etfs which may be easier if you’re putting in a few hundred at a time, I’d recommend a Schwab or Vanguard account. wealthfront if you want more of a drop and forget style.

If you want to go with individual stocks I’d recommend Robinhood since it will allow you to buy just a few shares at a time without getting killed in trade fees

I got a full time offer from the company I interned at this summer. However, I have been applying and interviewing at various consulting firms so far. Some of them I won’t hear back until September/October. Is it wrong to accept the offer and then reject it if I get a better offer? I don’t wanna burn a bridge with this company since I really enjoyed my experience there but I have to be smart with my decision since I graduate in December and need an earlier work start date.

I had a mental break this busy season and had to be put on a reduced workload. Now I'm being told my performance slipped from an above average to poor performer because of missed deadlines due to having to step away and not always being able to work the longer hours in a given day to meet said deadlines. I'm just looking for either encouragement that this isn't the end and I can come from back from this, or if i should I just cut my losses and leave PA? My job is so important to me and this..

How to rebalance my portfolio? I bought a majority of my investments in the worst market conditions in 2020 and so maybe I’m just jaded by my own previous success/luck with that. Should I be selling off the non - etf stocks at some point? Or do you just hold those for ever if they don’t go to shit (e.g. should have sold off my PLTR a long time ago but since i was mostly just playing there i have held) ? When to get out? How to tell if you’ve held long enough to avoid short term cap gains?
