My wife and I use Monarch and love it. A blend of Personal Capital and Mint without the ads or constant sales calls to sign up for robo advising. It’s easy to see individual spending as well and jointly manage finances, track goals etc.
Ynab has a really good partner sharing setup. You can create one matter budget that you both access, and then each have your own private budgets.
I second YNAB. Husband and I use it and love it - makes sharing information way easier (including separate pre-existing credit cards that won’t let you give your spouse admin access)
Mint worked for me before and after I got married. We have everything go into a main account that way the distributions to the separate accounts will show up as a line item for the budget.

Honestly I think you can use anything - the most important is communication with your spouse. Designate a monthly or quarterly coffee or wine review
What does your partner use to budget? What are they comfortable using? Go with what they feel comfortable using because if they don’t like it they probably won’t use it.
