Is there a role can leverage both product design skills and mobile development skills? I’m an android developer and I’m interested in learning UX design but I want to be able to leverage both skills instead of switching to product design.

Did anyone transition from a Sales Ops role? Been at my company for four years and have done a little bit of cold calling, a lot of cold emailing but mainly designing and implementing systems for our company to use inside and outside of CRM. Want something more rewarding but dont know what a good transition would be.

Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I've seen comp ranges of 140k-160k+ for fdd M1s and bonus well over 20%. I was curious what senior managers are at especially those who are SM1.

With 18 months of FDD as a senior 3 I’m starting to look at a jump to IB (yes I know its not a good time with the markets - just starting conversations). I can’t seem to find any true HHs or recruiting firms. For those who made the jump did you use any search firms or just start reaching out to folks at specific banks to start conversations? Any tips on starting this networking process if you don’t have many natural “ins”?
