We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

Do FAANGs prefer you have tech experience or does having a deal list with a bunch of Fortune 100 companies make you marketable enough? I have the latter but not the former. Happy at my firm, though it doesn’t do a lot of tech work.

I was in my ideal body weight until the last couple of months when I gained weight (I stopped working out and I was not eating healthy at all). I retook IF, healthy eating & exercise (HIIT mostly) to start off the year - I know 2-3 weeks is nothing but I'm getting frustrated because it's been easier for me to lose weight in the past yet I'm not sure why I see no changes this time. If anything I feel more flabbier and soft.

It’s interesting to see conversations around age gap on this thread. I am 44F and get approached by younger guys who want to date older women. Most recently by 28M and he seems mature and level headed. Knows where he is and where he is going, doesn’t want kids, etc. Although our goals align, I am not able to come to terms with the age gap but he thinks we should give it a try.
