We host an annual picnic at a local winery. It isn’t too expensive (less than 4K) and can accommodate all our clients so don’t have to worry about keeping a list of who came previously.

My gross was over $1mil last year. So I think to spend $4k on one event like that makes sense. We do one and it provides traction for the rest of the year. It’s like a big family reunion.

I got into the tech industry last year as a data analyst currently at 65k. I work primarily on 3 major gov’t contracts one of which I am also the PM and I am working on skills with R, SPSs and Access. But what can I do to get closer to the six figures? Sometimes I feel underpaid for the amount of work I am doing.

Have to fill out a form “bathroom waiver”, which is basically allowing teachers at the school to clean my child after a potty, including genital area.
