I have interviewed with Kainos, Alight Solutions and OneSource Virtual Inc for a payroll consultant position, currently have 1.5 YOE in Workday. If you had to pick, which one would be your top 2 choice? They’re all paying same amount and it’s a 41% increase. Also, I will be getting married and starting a family soon if that makes a difference. Thank you

Ok gonna try
Train your mind to think of it as your only ever option otherwise you end up homeless with no money to pay for FB access.
If you’re gonna put up a fight about pretending to care then why even try? Just treat it like practice and use getting a good practice round for your real interviews as motivation
I think it's more important to practice your negotiation skill and ask for more salary
It’s one thing to take a practice interview but in really, really bad faith to negotiate salary if you have no intention of taking the role. If anything just note what they offer you as a data point and way to support your worth.
Your goal should make a good impression anywhere you go. You never know who your interviewer may be connected with (personally or professionally). You want them to be able to say you were an impressive candidate even if you don’t take the job.
Good motto
Is the word "disinterested" or "uninterested"? But I digress.... been in the same boat. Just imagine it's your dream job with 90% pay bump. Repeat that everyday prior to the interview
Think of it differently: this industry is small. If you go in and do a garbage interview, that's how these people might remember you. Years from now when you're up for a job you DO want and they're in charge of hiring, wouldn't you rather they remember you as someone they wish they could've hired?
Thank you!!
