About to have intro calls with some recruiters next week. What is the market comp range of workday FIN consultants 3 YOE from big 4? I really don’t know what number to expect at the moment.

I’m a BME that initially wanted to go to med school but decided that my interests were more in the healthcare strategy world (unfortunately super late as it was senior year in feb when recruiting cycles were either closing or closed). Ended up taking a b4 tech consulting role as it was one of the few offers I got and also because it’s some type of consulting role. I was just wondering how I should position myself so I can exit into a more strategy focused role preferably in HC after 1-2 yoe.

How do the pension benefits work for partners/principals at the big 4? Can anyone share details on vesting rules or calculations? I assume it varies from firm to firm…just wanting to understand the difference with what Accenture offers MD’s (401k, VEIP).

Has anyone ever sued Big 4/Consulting for permanent mental health issues caused by working there? After 3 months waiting, I was denied unemployment, because I quit in Sept, however I was consistently working 85+ hour weeks, was reprimanded for being 5 minutes late to a call for using the restroom in between back to back calls from 8AM to 8PM, and was told, after returning from STD that the next project id be put on would be accommodating of my anxiety, and if anything it was the contrary.
