About to post a job w/ HC software co (~550 employees). Need someone who can manage relationships w/ cons/analyst firms that advise health plans on pop health software / serve as SI's, & relationships with Big Tech (MSFT, Oracle, etc). Thinking this could be a good lower stress role for Big 5 manager who wants to get off the rat race. Goal would be to give this person an opportunity to grow into more senior roles as knowledge of pop health increases. Thoughts / suggestions appreciated.

I’ve been in the industry for just about 5 years. 4 of them in creative. This year, the reality set in that I don’t see myself doing this long term. I’m at the ACD / Senior Writer level. My work recently gave everyone that holds the same title a big bump in compensation. A few days later, another email went out stating they had made a mistake which decreased the raise by $4/hr instead of $6 increase. Can they do that? I work for the government and can’t imagine how they made an error. This email went out to hundreds of employees.

Hi I work in patient finance and I am desperately bored with my job. I have a bachelors which isn’t a requirement for my role. I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. I have followed up with some of the interviewers and they all told me I interview well. I am so tired of disappointment that I feel like giving up and just settling. I don’t know what to do.
