For anyone that is interested, the Celsius first bankruptcy hearing is going on now and will likely have repercussions and could set precedents across other similar cases. These are the key considerations, at least a few of which IMO are absolutely reprehensible.
It does sound at least like the judge and Kirkland (lawyers) are leaning towards ruling in favor of the folks with custody accounts.

I interviewed with Firm A months ago and accepted a position to start this upcoming fall. Group leader called me to offer the position back in November 2020. Besides interviewing with partners at the firms, and diligent follow ups notifying them of my interest to get started, no communication has transpired since. It turns out that I accepted a better offer w/ Firm B for personal reasons and won’t be going to Firm A. What is the best way to notify Firm A? Call/email group leader? Call/email HR?

Not sure if you’re in BL, but no BL firm would claw back salary for fear of ending up in ATL if even permitted to do so
Agreed. I think in BL this is more for those who use jump ship to another firm instead of returning. In that case, they are more likely to claw back if allowed but doesn't mean they will. They definitely wouldn't if you left the workforce or probably even if you went in house.
Read your firm’s PTO policies very closely. Some firms have clawbacks for salary paid during PTO if you do not come back and stay with the firm for a certain length of time.
Congrats and I envy you!
Congrats. Enjoy that babe!!!
