Help! I'm a Sped teacher (ELA inclusion) that comes home to a High Functioning Autistic 9 yr old with ADHD and a slew of sensory issues that has sworn off soap 🤢. I've made visual check list for bathroom processes, bought timers, tried different bars and body washeds with net sponges, towels and even invested in a pricey showerhead with multiple settings. His set of needs are out of my wheel house. I need suggestions before I just pack up and move out *sarcasm but at the end of my rope*.

Is there any Gender Bias at Accenture when it comes to Promotion/Rewards?

I work in Florida where the Parental Rights law concerning gender theory and sexuality in k-3 is currently being labeled the "Don't Say Gay Bill". I find it crazy that so many of my liberal coworkers, even in the social studies department haven't even read the bill and are just buying the low wholesale. I agree that we should leave those choices up to the parents. Do you guys have similar things happening where you're at?

Hey team! I've been thinking about what success would mean in terms of this platform and general inclusion in the team. These are some of my thoughts:

1. Frequency of positive engagements (positive in a productive, constructive sense)
2. Increasing numbers of people engaging in each topic as they get more comfortable using the tool and airing their opinions
3. Some measure outside the app of team engagement in day to day interactions (changes in psychological safety)

I have been invited to a company diversity program. After reviewing the materials, I believe this will be more divisive and unhelpful than it will be constructive. I would like to not attend. Has anyone been successful in having this type of conversation with their manager?

I’m an Inclusion Teacher in an elementary school. My role is to support special education students in the general education classroom. I’m struggling how to provide the service due to social distancing protocols. In the past I could sit next to the students or bring them to a back table to work on skills.
