Current CTC - 5.6 lpa
Skill sets - Incident Response, Threat Hunting
Currently based - Mumbai

This is my first company where I was hired as a fresher and moved up the ladder. While i am planning to move out, i realised i have no experience of the market standards for someone in the domain, How much are analysts in Blue Team SOCs being payed? How much should I expect?

Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! Any general (i.e. not plan-specific) lessons-learned, gotchas, pointers to offer as we will have to quickly decide to enroll or not?

Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft.
