Can you be more specific about the workforce/group you expect to be joining? I have been at both. Accenture is better for new technology work and has a way better 401k plan but a high school drama culture. Expect to be at the mercy of the shareholders. EY has meh retirement benefits and several limitations on your financial interests (independence) at the manager level and up. EY does have a pension if you stick it out for 3 years or more and has more of a team-based culture. From what I hear though EY will not give you "large" bonuses. My first year at EY. More than 4 at Accenture.
