Accenture fish, what is the % increase from senior analyst (lvl 10) to consultant (lvl 9)? I currently have completed 2 YOE and going on to 3 YOE however I got an offer placing me at senior analyst… I see many people who are going from 2-3 YOE being placed at the consultant role. Should I ask to be placed higher?

Has Accenture strategy capability network done away with the rating system ...If yes then how do they layoff or decide on annual hikes ?

175k TC in oil and gas tech sales

I have been a head of marketing for the last 10 years. 9 of those for a B2B/B2C company with $350M annual revenue. The last year and a half, I have been the head of marketing for a VC backed company with $90M annual revenue. I was contacted by a recruiter for a CMO role for a $80M VC backed company.

A question a friend asked me left me thinking. The question was: am I ready for the next level?

What am I not thinking about? I have done the job for larger companies.

Currently at the end of the interview process for a job in Colorado that has salary posted for $115-190k and the recruiter told me that the salary range they had in mind is 130-150k , they told me they probably wouldn’t be able to go any higher. Any advice ?

I had a job interview recently where the hiring manager interrogated me for 30 minutes and didn’t leave any time for me to ask questions. It felt slightly disrespectful, but I’m not sure if that’s a legit red flag.

Currently a manager in EY’s GPS practice. Looks like there is roughly 75 senior mangers and roughly 4-6 of those get promoted to PPED in any given year. Doesn’t take a genius to realize I’m only one promotion away from capping out. So I’m thinking about just going to a random 8a company and doing the 5 year stints ($175k annual approx) for the next 15 years. 35 now. Any upside I’m giving up by doing this? I have a TS with CI poly that has been active for about half a year. I have been applying to cleared roles but my clearance is not held/not showing up in JPAS and is preventing me from acquiring jobs. I am not sure what this means or if there is any way to clear up the situation without alerting my company...would appreciate any insight

Currently have TS/SCI w poly. Going on maternity leave for 6 months then will no longer be employed for additional 6 months.
Can’t get a clear answer if I will still have my clearance when I return to work after a year. 😕
