I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

How Is the future of C++ language . I have been working on c++ for almost 1.5 years in a health care industry to maintain legacy code base.

They asked some networking and C language based questions which I studied 6 years ago in college. I have other offers in hand. But I saw good reviews about this company.
