I have recently applied in Barclays for analyst position at Chennai location. The status of my application has changed from application submitted to Hiring manager review on 5th of July. From then i didn't receive any mail from the company, and the status of my application is also unchanged. I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
